Why Vendors Love Mountain Field Farm
Welcome to Mountain Field Farm—a 22-acre working flower farm in the heart of Palmer, Alaska. Our venue was designed with beauty and functionality in mind, offering an ideal setting for seasonal markets and curated vendor events that prioritize experience, community, and quality.
We’re not a parking lot pop-up—we’re a thoughtfully built farm setting where your products look incredible, your customers feel welcome, and the entire day flows with intention. Whether you're a returning vendor or considering your first event with us, here’s why Mountain Field Farm stands out.
A Stunning Setting Elevates Your Work
Our flower fields and wide-open green spaces create a breathtaking backdrop that naturally draws people in and invites them to stay. Imagine your booth framed by tulips, peonies, or dahlias depending on the season—with the mountains in the background. It’s hard to beat, and your customers will feel it too.
We intentionally space out vendors so you’re not crammed into rows. There’s room to move, room to browse, and room to connect—your products get the breathing space they deserve.
A Prime Location in Central Palmer
We’re easy to find, easy to park at, and close to everything. Located just minutes from downtown Palmer, we attract both locals and visitors passing through—especially during high tourist and flower season. We promote events actively to ensure strong foot traffic, and our reputation continues to grow.
Real Amenities
Thoughtfully Provided
We’ve hosted enough events to know that small comforts make a big difference. Our venue offers:
Clean, plumbed restrooms (no porta-toilets here)
Easy load-in access
On-site staff support
Food truck hookups (limited spots available—reserve early!)
Vendors can settle in knowing they’ll be taken care of, and guests notice the elevated experience too.
A Curated Community of Makers
We take care in selecting vendors who are passionate about what they create—whether that’s handmade goods, locally grown products, artisan foods, or unique experiences. We want our events to reflect the quality of our space, so we actively promote vendors through our platforms and printed materials.
When you vend with us, you’re not just renting a booth. You’re joining a community that values creativity, connection, and mutual success. We also keep the vibe welcoming and low-drama—because let’s be real, we all work better when it’s a good time.
Outdoor-Ready, Alaskan-Smart
This is an outdoor venue, so vendors must be prepared for the elements. That includes heavy-duty weights for tents (25 lbs per leg is ideal) and flexible setup for whatever weather the day brings. But here’s the good news: the open-air setup is part of the charm, and most vendors tell us the beauty of the setting far outweighs the need for a few extra bungees.
Vendor Rates
10x10 Vendor Booth: $65 per day
Food Vendor: $85 per day
Food Truck: $110
All vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup and must clean up their space fully at the end of the event. Insurance or a signed liability waiver is required to participate. We do have power on the property but please bring your own extension cords and you may need up to a 100' cord. Map will show proximity to power.
